When it comes to addiction at Ken Seeley Communities in Palm Springs, we treat the person, not the disease. We consider each individual’s situation and story before a personal addiction treatment plan is introduced and implemented. An initial assessment provides insight into patient behaviors and problems, helps define realistic expectations, and clarifies the rationales for treatment methods and goals.
Providing those who suffer from addiction with the necessary resources to live a life of fulfilled life is our goal at Ken Seeley Communities in Palm Springs. To teach such skills, we lead daily psychotherapy sessions, group therapy, skill building and engaging activities. A daily process group helps clients confront emotions and problems that have arisen as they’ve entered sobriety and new challenges faced each day.
The intensive outpatient program at Ken Seeley Communities is designed for individuals who would benefit from the daily monitoring and treatment without needing residential care and as a stepping-stone between our day treatment and outpatient treatment programs. The outpatient program offers a transitional step, with adjusted program hours for clients ready to make their way into life in sobriety.
